Part of a big thunderstorm that hit us yesterday. It was pretty big and did some damages due to strong winds and lightning strikes that caused some fires. You can hear some firetrucks passing by...
This is my second attempt at Chevelle's Vitamin R. The first time I didn't play it correctly and this time I tuned my guitar in Kottke except for the 3rd string which isn't a B but tuned in tone with the other strings. Well, anyway, sounds better this way. Oh, I screwed the lyrics in the end. Practice makes perfect, and I'm not perfect. Needs a lot of practice!

This is a video I took back in 2009 at the Green Tokyo project life size Gundam event in Shiokaze park, Odaiba, Tokyo. A lot of nostalgia from the 1979 anime that this moving statue is based on. Really funny how people go "Ohhh" and "Ahhh" when some lights or some movement is spotted. Enjoy!
This is a small clip I took of one of the Tokyo Rockabilly groups that uses the entrance of Yoyogi park, near Harajuku, to dance every Sunday. Kind of funny, cause at the end of the vid, you can see a guy with dreadlocks passing by, and in fact, he's my friend Kevin!! So I stopped filming and ran to greet him. What are the odds of just running into your friends in Tokyo?!?! Ne? Enjoy!
Some kimshi pork okonomiyaki at Tsukishima with friend and fellow vlogger Alex K. Om nom nom!! Totemo oishiikata desu!! So delicious! You have to try this at least once in a lifetime. For the experience too! Enjoy!
Went to Tsukishima to eat some Monjayaki and Okonomiyaki and it was delicious. Famous place too that's been around for awhile. This is the Tokyo version which is a Monjayaki, since the original Okonomiyaki come from Osaka I think and is slightly different. Both taste amazing!!
