It's generally a really good guitar! If you're looking to play in small bar-type concerts, I would look at some semi-acoustic guitars instead, as this guitar is purely acoustic! Well, I've never played an F-310 before but I know the F370 is a fantastic guitar for the money you pay, I got mine new for £90 (don't know how much that is in euros) and I think it has a? really full acoustic sound :)!
