I explained the red scare and white mask thing in? my last post but white is a basic for hollow masks so that's obvious and a small red scare on the eye does not make it like Ichigo's. Besides Ichigo's mask doesn't have any red anymore it changed to a white mask with two black lines going throught each eye all the way from the top of the mask to the bottom.
