this and an article I read make it sound like Russia adopted this weapon. But other articles say it was rejected by the Russian military, and my Complete World Encylopedia of Guns says outside experts say it "fails in recoil reduction and cyclic rate." It? also says it was only produced in limited numbers in the 1990s. I like the concept of its advanced operation. Do you know the truth of this weapon's adoption and production?
