The first part is in my "native language," and then the second part provides a translation, or at least an explanation. This is not a look-at-the-autie gawking freakshow as much as it is a statement about what gets considered thought, intelligence, personhood, language, and communication, and what does not.

Haitians are very intelligent. When I came here to the US, I was shocked at how much attention Asian children get. As a Haitian myself, I think that Nigerians (the smartest people on Earth), Asians, and Haitians should be on the same level. If you don't? believe me, go to Haiti and you will see. Haitians also speak many languages, so there is nothing surprising about that. I, myself, speak four. Go Haitian princess! We are proud of you.

Now, with her video showing her speaking the language, what more can anyone say? ("wow, see Mabou Loiseau speak 7 languages") I saw her speaking Creole, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian Mandarin Chinese and a little Signed Language, not a game, I would never have believed if I hadn't seen it myself. A true genius child. Thank you Daily News for discovering these talents out there for us. Amazing girl, amazing? talents.

We are in agreement that RPM is preferable to the more common tests used if the goal is to test areas such as visual information processing, perceptual processing and whole-to-part relationships. (These are certainly a part of IQ but they don't represent a well-rounded definition of IQ.) Do you concede that these test are not the most common test used in westernized countries (and rarely in? the US)? BTW - my dare was not meant to offend, and I feel that it's still unsatisfied.
By: TruthTuber. on 14 Jan 12, 01:52:01
To? your point, the differences in my scores show that these tests may be preferable. A test like this could be "more fair" for groups who have a cultural experience that differs from the expected. Still, I realize that my adeptness with matrices was, in part, due to my interest in and experience with engineering. Again, the test was timed and I didn't have to spend any time understanding what was expected. I'd been dealing with some form of matrices since I was in high school.
