I wouldn't call it a temper tantrum or that he's taking his bat and ball and leaving, he's trying to send a message that he's not going to be wronged and unlike the majority of the country he's not going to just stand by and let it happen and that's what just about everyone in this country does. They stand by and let wrong doings be done and they don't care. As for him in Mexico, its just dual citizenship. I honestly don't think he hates the USA, he just? won't take any BS.

Okay well then I apologize for that little snip, I guess I misunderstood what you said. It came off as condescending, and I don't like it when people do that so hence my reaction. I do agree with you on what you said about property and people need to respect others' property but at the same time when that property involves catering to other people,? those people have to be respected too. As for Ventura continued....

I didn't mean to insult your intelligence, I just wanted to make it clear that there is an argument that this is not unconstitutional because people don't have a right to tell other people what they can do with their property. Regardless: Ventura having a temper tantrum, damning the USA and taking his bat? and his ball and going down to mexico should tell you what he is made of.

Okay well as long as you know that and yes all it does take is a small amount. Hell, the Oklahoma City bombing was the same. As for you having a pilots? license, good for you but unlike you I don't have any intentions or interest to be a pilot and I shouldn't have to become one just to avoid humiliating searches. Also, I do "know how that works" so don't insult my intelligence or condescend me like I don't know anything at all.

Mr. Ventura knows very well who is the one exercising the power in this country today, but never mentions them directly for fear of? going the way of his former esteemed colleagues "The Macho Man" Randy Savage and Miss Elizabeth (i.e. dead). Looming ominously as the large unmentioned elephant in every room in which Mr. Ventura unleashes his ornery tirades about fascism and government? corruption are the JOOZ, who control the media, financial system, and dictate U.S. foreign policy via AIPAC .

I didn't say "all were" however with over a billion people who call themselves Muslims, all it takes is? a small percentage to have a huge problem. No one searches me.. I have a pilots license. See how that works?
By: NDSean45. on 20 Dec 11, 06:21:52
Come on dude you know better than that, you know that not all Islams, Muslims, etc are terrorists so don't resort to stereotypes. I agree with you that you can't just? fix people dying in an aircraft bombing but my point is that searches can be done without the humiliation of these current searches. Maybe you don't mind having someone stick their hands down your pants but I do mind. Not everyone is a criminal/terrorist and the system needs to change.
By: jesseVenturanotaSeaI. on 19 Dec 11, 15:08:54
yes, if someone forgets to wipe their feet you can clean your carpet. If someone blows up your aircraft and kills everyone on it it's a bigger mess. It's a mess that can cause you to get sued and to lose your company. That's why they are allowing the searches. And no one is "fondling balls", let alone venturas grubby raisin sack. It isn't unconstitutional to insist on searches before you get on someone else's airplane. Blame the islamists who like to blow things up. ?
By: NDSean45. on 19 Dec 11, 03:16:01
Wiping your feet on a welcome mat and someone sticking their hands down your pants are 2 different' categories.? If someone forgets to wipe their feet I can clean my carpet so problem solved there, but someone fondling my balls is something that you don't forget or can clean with Resolve and I shouldn't have to get a pilots license to fly myself just to assure that I don't go through that when I shouldn't have to anyway. That is unconstitutional.
By: jesseVenturanotaSeaI. on 18 Dec 11, 17:46:41
Sure you could provide it for yourself. Get? a pilots license. If you don't like the searches you are free to not get them. That was the whole reason the lawsuit was tossed out. Do you have the right to insist that people wipe their feet on the welcome mat before they enter your house? Yes, and if they don't you can keep them out. Right? Same with the airlines and searches. The searches are usually for the people who refuse to get the "x-ray" type scan.
By: NDSean45. on 18 Dec 11, 13:07:03
Yeah I do have a right, they're providing me with a service that I can't have myself or provide out of my living room but that gives them no right to stick their hands down my pants and feel me? up. As for the crotch bomber and shoe bomber why not use an x ray type machine to see if they're packing anything?
By: jesseVenturanotaSeaI. on 18 Dec 11, 00:45:21
Do you have a right to fly on someone else's aircraft in the constitution? Does the constitution entitle you to tell other people what they can do with their property? It's their aircraft, their rules. (Stupid or not) I would love it if the airlines were smarter about their searches, but they have chosen not to be. The metal wands they use do not detect explosives like PETN which Al Qada has been using. (The Shoe? bomber, the crotch bomber, etc)
By: NDSean45. on 17 Dec 11, 22:00:29
do? some kind of background check? There are ways that security can go smoothly without these hand down your pants pat downs. As I said above, what was wrong with the metal wands they used to use?
By: NDSean45. on 17 Dec 11, 21:57:15
No those searches are not constitutional, it may be someone else's aircraft but my genitals belong to me and nobody else and if I don't want someone sticking their hand down my pants and feeling me up I shouldn't have to be subjected to it, so that right there proves that it is a 4th Amendment violation. I'm not going to stand for it and I and everyone else deserve that right! How about the airline just check? your record when you book the flight and...
By: jesseVenturanotaSeaI. on 17 Dec 11, 17:46:38
I don't think that our government is perfect, but in dealing with those imperfections you need to based in reality. He doesn't have a 4th amendment to get on someone else's aircraft any more then? I have a 4th amendment right to move into your living room. Yes, the searches are ridicules and don't accomplish much, but if the airlines are cooperating with them they are constitutional. Venturas response was to crap himself and announce that he has no patriotism, all in a SEALs shirt.
By: NDSean45. on 17 Dec 11, 02:27:11
an 80 plus year old woman with a walker and strip searched her. There was also another elderly woman where they took her depends that she had to have. It was? fucking ridiculous and sick! These searches are bullshit and not needed. NOBODY deserves that kind of treatment, and not all people(Middle Eastern included) are criminals. The wands that they used before weren't good enough? Also, not everyone is rich and they can't afford to fly private.
By: NDSean45. on 17 Dec 11, 02:22:17
I'm not going to get into? it with you on 9/11 because it will go nowhere, but if you want to believe Islams did it and think our government is perfect than go ahead and think that. That's not what Ventura is saying at all, he's saying that these searches are unnecessary and that they violate his 4th Amendment rights and its true they do. Have you seen all these ridiculous searches in the news lately? They searched a 2 year old's diaper and cont...

He is? SOOO right about Obama and Bush. Same people.
By: metorphoric. on 17 Dec 11, 00:26:35
I? love Ventura. He has a great mind.
By: jesseVenturanotaSeaI. on 16 Dec 11, 13:59:31
No one searches me when I fly, I have a pilots license and can rent aircraft. What Ventura wants to do is tell other people what they can and can't do with their property. If he doesn't want to get searched he can fly private. Having seen the second aircraft hit the tower with my own eyes I have no patience left for truthers. It was islamists, they declared war on us, they did it and they admitted to it. Letting them off the? hook and blaming Americans is morally reprehensible.
By: NDSean45. on 15 Dec 11, 17:20:09
Ventura being a former wrestler and politician has nothing to? do with it, but I do admire him for being a well known public figure who is not afraid to speak his mind like a lot of people are. He is certainly a lot more educated and well spoken than Sheen or Rosie and he is not wrong for being pissed about his lawsuit with the TSA. Everything he said is true and it is possible to love your country but hate the government.
By: NDSean45. on 15 Dec 11, 17:15:35
So speaking out against something that is wrong is throwing a tantrum? Okay even if it was Howard Zinn who said that its still true and I think Jefferson would agree and no I don't base my opinions off celebrities especially Rosie and Sheen. My decisions are based off my own thoughts and opinions, nobody thinks for me. As I told you before I was questioning things like 9/11? long before Ventura started speaking out on it.
