I know. When I said "legalize," I meant legalize. As in legalize everything. The Netherlands and Portugal legalized all drugs and it worked wonders for them. People used much less, crime went down, the illegal drug trade and everything associated with it went away too. Once you make something legal, you bring it to the surface, make it public (which discourages use), and? make it regulated.
