However we all know the Japanese to be resilient and that they would never stop fighting. We dropped the nukes to avoid potentially tens of thousands of American deaths and probably even more Japanese deaths. We dropped the nukes to avoid any more of our men dying. The few million Western front or the tens of millions fighting on the Eastern front? Use common sense here man. Half of what is considered to be the top 10 special forces in the world are American. The SAS ranks top, but only because you condition longer than Americans. Americans also have a larger number of men in special forces and have to train more. Going back to WWII comparing? a 'few million' on the West to tens of millions on the East, not to mention the fact that the Germans were pretty much already in Russia but had to retreat.

The US had a million fresh soldiers and an endless supply and I never said that we actually WON WWI I said that our influence pretty much caused the Germans to surrender. There was no point in us even being there, fuck there was no point on there being a war. WWI? was a fucking idiotic idea that got an unbelievable amount of people killed for no reason. The Germans only surrendered because their people were starving. Again US aid throughout the war to the allies gave you an advantage
